1.Reservations must be made on-site at least 1 days in advance. (Library spaces include 1F Conference Room, 1F iShow Stage, 1F Fun Corner,2F Lobby and 5F IR Classroom.)

2.This system is only for faculty and staff to apply online.Students and club activities must apply through their instructors or teaching assistants.

3.Please maintain the equipment and cleanliness of the borrowed venue. If you need to post posters, please prepare them yourself and ensure that all items are removed after the event, restoring the venue to its original condition.

4. The iShow Stage and Fun Corner are open spaces. If other patrons are using these areas during your reserved time, please kindly guide them to other available spaces within the library.
